Such beautiful photos of most excellent revolvers.

Maybe I should gather up my GP100 4", SP101 3.06" and 4" .22LR's, as well as my Security Six 6" that I've never shot, and photograph them. Hmmm... perhaps I'll get out my old Hasselblad and shoot 'em in black-and-white...

Where can I find sights for my SP and who to look to for installing? Do those of you with sights find they interfere with carrying?

A friend of mine has a blue 3" GP.
I asked if he ever thought of selling it.
His answer was immediate & emphatic, "NO".

I like my Sp101, but it's just a touch harsh on the recoil.
Especially with my reloads (16 gr of W296).

I think before long I WILL have that blue 3" GP
(either from my friend or gunbroker)

Just to be difficult, here are two Rugers that are exactly not what you asked for. A Ruger SPNY and an NYPD Service Six.

Very nice, jungle. IMO, the stock grips on a SP are some of the better looking revolver grips out there.

I prefer my Rugers short.

Here is my Canadian GP-100 and SP101 with Secret Service Grips.

One day I'll get some for the GP to!

Cocked and Locked, those grips really look good. You guys have some very nice pics. I very badly want a speed/security six, but would settle for a GP100 if I could find one used when I have some change in my pocket. My DAO 2" SP101 with wood inserts is my IWB carry when I am in a wheel mood and not being lazy (then it is a 638). I will have to scare up a pic...
