What makes the Kershaw Leek so darn collectable?

As stated in previous postings I was bitten by the knife bug about a year ago. Now 25 knives later I still keep buying. And yesterday two of the same kind?! :uhoh: Have I gone over the deep end? But some of those Kershaw Leeks are just to hot looking to pass by. Here the ones I ordered. Am I the only Leek nut?

Yep!
Leek Nut for sure.

But if you think that is bad, look at this!

Now, that right there is a certified Leek Nut Case for sure!

I just bought two of them about a month ago.
I like mine, even though it didn't work right when I bought it, and it broke a spring a week later.
Got parts from Kershaw in less then a week, and it's working right now!
The other one is going to my son for his birthday Oct. 31.

Now, I'm looking at a Blur, or a Scallion, or something!

My problem is, I already have way too many Benchmade's and Spyderco's to justify buying any more folders.
I got enough real good ones now to last me the rest of my life, and then some.

Still and all, I think I still need to buy a Blur, just to see what all the fuss is about from the folks who like them.

Well, if you have too many folders may I suggest a couple fixed blade....

Start off with a Fallkniven F1.... hahaaaa, now you are really doomed.

Obvously, you haven't been following any of my other posts:

I probably have well over 200 fixed blade knives from WWI, WWII, Korea, Vietnam, and later.

I'm sure Fallkniven F1's are great knives.
But I seriously doubt I need one to cover all my bases.

i tried to like the Leek but its just to darn slim for me. it just seems to get lost in my hands and becomes a bit difficult to use. well made, but too slim for me.
