i just bought this gun as a gift for my husband. but it's really old and needs repairs (rust, sticking parts etc..) does anyone know where to get a manual for this gun? any help would be appreciated
 
thank you rcmodel so very much. i will print it for my husband. now i just gotta figure out when it was manufactured. the serial number on ours does not show up on the serial numbers that show on line i tried calling but no answer as of yet. but again thank you

Are you sure it is a Ruger Old Army then??

Soak the cylinder in Kroil for a while so you can get the nipples out...I had a used one that was in pretty bad shape that I eventually got 5 out...the other was so bad that I had to drill it and tap it. Installed new nipples with anti-sieze and pull them out and clean and re-anti-sieze each time...no problems now!

They are really fun guns!!
