Pay it Forward in Reloading

If someone could PIF even a source for finding a 5 round AR mag in .223 I'd be stoked.

Small game season is coming up soon, and if I cant find a 5 rounder- I'm screwed !

This is a long shot but anyone got an old powder measure for rifle? I'm not sure my auto disk is going to gut it for some of my rifle cartridges. .270, 300 win mag, 7mm mag. Not looking for anything fancy just something to get me started. Even though I got my press as a Birthday gift it's still an expensive hobby to get into starting off and I'd prefer to not have to hand dip each charge if possible.

I have approx. 20 .270 Hornady Frontier brass and a smidge over 50 .40 cal pistol brass casings that I don't need if someone else can use them. I don't and won't own 40 and all my other 270 brass is Federal. 270 is brass I shot and 40 is range pickups.

I still have the 270 brass if anyone wants it.

I have some .270 bullets would trade for something useful. Weird that I have never had an affinity for that caliber. Only 270 I ever enjoyed shooting is a friends custom .270 Weatherby magnum that was built by a custom smith who cut a match tight chamber with no traditional Weatherby freebore. It requires very specific powders, 26" barrel and holds 1" at 250 yards. Such a specific rifle it is a good thing both his kids and grand kids are all handloaders and know the idiosyncracies of this rifle. For safety the builder marked the barrel as simply 270 magnum wildcat.

This is an awesome idea. I would love to participate. The only downfall is I work away from home and will not be home to be able to send out anything for 6 weeks (end of March). That being said; to someone in true need I could spare some (20-30) once fired .308 brass, a box of 20rds .308 Federal Power Shok 150 grain soft point, and 100 CCI small pistol primers (local to Bangor/Brewer Maine area).

I am looking for anything related to .32S&W Long; ammo, brass, bullets (.312-.313 diameter preferably plated but lead would do) or bullseye powder. Also have a friend who could use nickel 9mm brass if anyone is offering any.

I apologize for the long delay in my ability to send stuff out but wanted to offer what I could to this cause. Awesome idea.

If someone needs 12 pieces of .284 Winchester brass, PM me, I've no need for them and will gladly ship them to you. If someone desperately needs 7.62x51 brass, pm me, I'll ship you 25 or so. If anybody is in Washington on the Olympic Peninsula, is in dire need of primers and can't find any, PM me, I can meet up and give a hundred away without missing them, LR LP SR or SP.
If you absolutely can't find .308 bullets, I can send out a few 150gr. hornady round nose soft points, and a few 130 gr. hornady flat base soft points...enough to get meat on the table or an afternoon of loading and shooting.

Only thing I really need is .224 bullets...I can trade cast, sized or unsized and lubed with liquid alox lead handgun bullets... I have pure lead, Wheel weights, linotype lead, and monotype lead. Just tell me what combo or type you want
In the following sizes/calibers

.358 148gr tumble lube Lee or 150gr. Lyman wadcutters, both for .38spcl. I usually cast this in pure wheel weights.
.356 lyman semi wadcutter no gascheck, good mid speed .357 magnum bullet, needs magnum velocity for good accuracy though. not great for .38spcl. I usually cast this in ww/lino mix
9mm LEE tumble lube 124gr RN, good with ww/lino No sizing available, none of my guns needed it with this bullet. good with ww/lino
.401 LEE tumble lube 180gr flat nose. for 10mm and 40s&w. good with ww/lino
.429 LEE tumble lube 240gr. flat nose, no gas check. good .44 special bullet with wheel weights, good .44 magnum bullet with ww/lino up to about 1250 fps
.452 LEE tumble lube 200gr. SWC. feeds great in all three of my 1911's, 2 colt and 1 sig. good with Wheel weights

45lcshooter, you have a pm

Squirrels better run !

If its not to late on this post my local gun shop has Hornady 55gr bullets in stock for. 223 if anyone needs any let me know? It helps that hornady manufacturing is just down the road. I go there and look though their defective stuff when i get to town.

Hornady bullets

Hey there, what does the gun shop have. I like the 55gr v-max, 52 and 53gr hp and 55gr soft points. I'd buy some blems if I could. Thanks

I have 40 S&W brass, I've already tumbled it, it is mixed range brass, about 230 count. If anyone needs it let me know you can have it for shipping. I also have 35 remington and 44mag, not sure how much, haven't gotten to sorting that yet. let me know what you need I might be able to help out.

Jonkit -- I'd love to have that 44mag brass. I only have about 50 pieces for my Redhawk. I'd be more than happy to pay shipping.

Jonkit, magnumman44 was looking for 35 rem in a brass post in the classifieds. I'm posting a link to this thread in a message to him. Just giving you the heads up.
