I use a light I picked up at Walmart in the sewing area. It has 3 LED lights with a flexible arm. The body of it has a clip similar to a cell phone clip so you can clip to you clothes, or use the supplied Velcro to attach to a sewing machine. I attached it to the back side of my press so the light shines directly into my cases. Works well on .223. You can see the light in this pic. It's pink, but I can care less. It works great.

I like the auto drive you got on that 550,,does it break down often ?

I've got the one that tarakian linked to (Inline Fabrication's "Skylight") and it works the best so far of everything I've tried.

Tall, skinny rifle cases (think .223) are always a pain!!

Its usually good for 50 rounds. Actually that's my daughter. She likes to place the bullets on the case for me. She's 7yo now, but will still ask every day when I get home "are you reloading today"?

Already have the inline fabrication light for top but called them and got y adapter for extra light got one of those to position on back of press to see inside rifle cases. Whole setup was $11.50 with free shipping will let you know how it works . I like fact it all ties to same switch setup no extra wiring to clutter up area

You probably know this, but don't forget to have her wash her hands after every reloading session. You never know what sort of dust is on the bullets, and it's easy to accumulate too much of any metal.

My wife had an issue with nerves (before I got into reloading) that was the result of high copper levels. She found a natural type doctor who tested for toxic metals, and she had several that were pretty high. So she did a chelation therapy that reduced the levels and was able to avoid meds. I figured the copper came from chlorine dissolving copper from copper pipes - for many it's not an issue, but she is sensitive to environmental toxins - like a canary in a mine.

Every time. I always make sure they wash there hands, and never let them handle my lead bullets for my .45s.
