Which tool is most user friendly and gives the most value in you opinion?

I recently got a Ruger chambered in 350 rem Magnum.
(I know, i know there are other comparable cartridges with similar ballistics more readily available.)
But i like it. I also have a 35whelan by Ruger

I have figured out how to form my own brass from 300wm and 7mmRM, so now I just need to turn the necks down some

I reload for many cartridges so I can use it for more than this application I'm sure. I will however, need a 35cal bushing/adapter of some sort I presume. Doesn’t seem to be included with any I've seen.

Or.....Should I skip all this, just suck it up and buy some Nosler or old Remington ammo and be happy with the Brass from that?

I have several neck turning tools. The little Forster will do you a good job. It sells for about $50. If you expect to turn for more than one cartridge a more expensive tool offers easier adjustments. Sinclair, Hart, K&M, Marquart (no longer made ), and PMA all offer a nice tool. Probably left some out, too!

I buy one for each caliber that I turn for. I just get it adjusted where I want it, lock it down and mark what its for. My next one probably be a PMA tool. Do yourself a favor and invest in the case holder/ spinner like the ones Sinclair sells and use a battery drill or screwdriver to spin it.

Yep, but others work well too.

They are all a bit of a pain to adjust, which is why some people buy more than one, set them, and leave it alone. It depends on how close you want to cut it. If it is to the nearest .0001, you probably will want to leave it alone when you get it where you want it.

Just cleaning up the necks? Re-adjust as needed.

There are several good choices in neck turners, but which ever one you decide on make sure that they offer .35 caliber mandrels. Sinclair does but some others may not. Bottom line: after you've checked them all out, prices, etc, you may decide you're better off just buying .350 Mag.factory brass.

That K&M looks like it could take Forster pilots. If that's true, Forster makes .358 pilots. Forster will also make custom diameter pilots for about $22.

I have a Forster tool. It works but I'm not a fan of the case holder. To keep the case from spinning in the holder it seems like I have to tighten it a good bit more than I'd like to. I'm personally thinking about one of these http://www.midwayusa.com/product/634624/r-w-hart-neck-turning-case-holder but then I'd have to drop even more money on Redding shell holders.

If you happen to have an RCBS case trimmer, one of these seems like it'd be awesome to have too. http://www.midwayusa.com/product/773444/rcbs-trim-pro-case-trimmer-case-neck-turner or http://www.midwayusa.com/product/541007/rcbs-case-neck-turner-with-auto-feed depending on if you have a powered trimmer.
