Yes, as long as it is not configured as an assault weapon.
Such as having a detachable magazine outside of the pistol grip is illegal, so it would need a Bullet Button.

Thanks rromeo, that's what I figured, but wasn't quite certain, a fixed magazine, with the bullet button is the clincher. Thanks again.

I believe that at the moment they have to be home built from an 80%, or possibly originally built and sold as a single shot and then modified, or bought privately, or brought in from out of state....

There's ways to have them, but it's not as simple as it should be.

Yeh, basically I should have asked is there anyway that a standard AK-47 (pistol) Romanian, with a detachable 30 round magazine, can be sent to a FFL dealer in California. Secondly does any one make one with a fixed magazine (10 round) with a bullet button, in the state of California?

As simple as that? No, there are no ak47 pistols on the roster of approved handguns in California. For one to be sold, it would have to be sold as a Single Shot pistol, and because of recent changes to the law, it would have to have been manufactured as a single shot pistol. In other words, it was originally manufactured with a single shot sled locked into place with the bullet button. Yes, there are likely some places that are doing that, I'm not really sure because I'm not into them, but I have seen them on the walls in a few LGSs.
