They had issues. Customer service was having issues before the bankruptcy. Likelihood of finding repair parts liw.

I put a small piece of adhesive backed felt on my brass deflectors to eliminate this issue.
Try without the t-grip. Then you might be able to get your hand lower on the grip and your pinky under the butt of the grip. This puts your thumb...
Which grip is on the gun? If not a boot or banana grip, maybe one of those would help??
