Short of another gun to test, try some factory loads. If that solves the problem with accuracy, your reloading technique is suspect. Check with a fellow loader you trust and go from there.

I came across a #14 Little Dandy rotor for, if I remember correctly, 7.2 grains of Unique. Most accurate round in several 41s I've owned. Just 'cause that's what it throwed, and it was easy to shoot.

cut it with scissors to size.
IME, the RNFPs feed more reliably in my rifles, especially the model 92s. They're about equally accurate, so that's what I shoot in handguns and long guns. But I also took a while to convince myself of this, and I still love my Keith molds, in honor of the master. What the heck, mold them all.

Installed one of these a few years ago on a 45 BH while waiting for cataract surgery. Inexpensive and did the job. Surgery was successful too, but I left them on the gun because they work. Simple to install and uninstall.
