Unfortunately some of those bring $30-$40K now, but I paid a fraction of that years ago. The biggest challenge is getting the connections to track them down.

I don’t base my collection on popularity, Jim I strive to own and shoot the finest pistols in the world from after WWII to current day.

I shoot once a week on average, both recreationally and competitively. Just shot five of them today. Half of those are non shooting or very seldom shooting collectibles. The others get shot as often as time allows.

Guns don’t age like cars do

Umarex does a decent job with rimfires. I feel they should stay away from centerfire pistols. Quality is lacking. I haven’t handled a CCP in a while. I was not impressed with the early models

Umarex makes those. Hopefully they have improved over the years

They don’t Umarex does. I have one myself. I use it for new shooters. I don’t like Umarex, but it serves a purpose.

I actually don’t mind Glock triggers or similar triggers for carry. I just don’t find them great for the range or competitive shooting in stock form. I could definitely see how a lot of practice would improve it.

I’m no grand master, but I can shoot a little. I also enjoy photography. Taking pictures of guns is no indication yay or nay or shooting skills. If you think the factory Glock trigger is all that and doesn’t hold you back, you’re a better man than I. However, I think you’d be surprised how...
