Bologna, Lots and Lots of bologna. It wont spoil if cold, and can fill you up quite quickly. I also boil ramen noodles if camping, and last but not least, PICKLED SAUSAGES!
I will be using it mostly for deer, and varmints. The reason why I'm looking into it is again, cheap ammo. And it's fairly quiet. Which I have NO problem with loud guns. I just prefer them to be more quiet for huntin at night. i.e coon and yotes.
What do ya think of it? I'm lookin to get one due to the availibility of cheap ammo + it's use as a hunting rifle. I mean this is the cheapest (in terms of ammo) rifle that you canget besides the .22 So, any suggestions?
Hey all. I just had a few quick questions about cyote hunting. There is a 50$ per head bounty on them in my county. So how do you hunt them hahaha. I mean literally, is it legal to hunt them at night with a spotlight, and how do you get them to come to you? Thanks for all the help, seeing as i...
Ok I know you have choices but I'm gonna give my opinion. This is an old gun but It's cheap and the most reliable gun you'll EVER get...A Remington 742 Woodsmaster in .30-06 I'm tellin ya man it will be the best decision you've ever made. Trust me on this.
That really is good advice. I never thought about it that way but I could do that.
Believe Me. I practice my shooting every single day, from noon to 3 PM, If I practice anymore I'll die from exhaustion.
Thankfully mine is too...I too have shot lord only knows how many rounds from the 12 ga, .30-06, or .30-30 but the main reason Im so concerned is...as I said earlier. Im a much better shot
hmmmmmmmmmm maybe thats what it is...I think I let the back sights take up too much of my view. I very well may go out tomorrow (if it aint raining) and do a little 75-150 yard shootin on a target of some sort...oh and just to let yall know how accurate the gun is. I hit a dip can (of Skoal...
I have NO idea...see I was raised to believe that, lures, scents, and calls are all Hype....same with camo. Granted I use some camo but usually a camo jacket and a pair of Jeans
Well my sights are set in DAMN good..likemost accurate gun I've ever shot. It's jus the site takes up the ENTIRE deer...like my sigh wont focus on just the head unless it's close....just the entire body...like It seems as big as the deer is if that makes any sense.
Well and see if I can fit the sight on it I'm a DEADEYE! I mean not trying to brag but Im a dead on shot.....but anything a good ways away I TRY o shoot and go super low or really high. And I shoot a Remington 742 .30-06 and forgive me but I don't know what MOA means lol.
Ok I may just be a lousy hunter but I'm wondering..how do yall make like 150 yard shots? Is it a scope? Necause I use Iron Sights and if I'm like 45 yards from something My site takes up it's ENTIRE body and I can't get a shot on any specific area...just the body as a whole....I mean am I a...
