I'm looking for a manufacturer to make us some stripped AR lowers with our name and model number on them. I need 500 up to 1000 but no AR parts manufacturer will touch an order that small. Can anyone point me in the right direction? They can be in the white.
Thanks.
P.S. Yes we do hold and 07FFL
Hey Gents, I received an older( bought in the 70's) SxS 20 gage Beretta today. It has a single trigger but only one hammer will drop. I took the stock off and worked the action to see what was or wasn't happening. I feel like there maybe something missing from the trigger. Would anyone have an...
Has anyone heard the story that G. Sorros is the actual owner of the Freedom Group?. Don't mean to be an alarmist just wondering where this started.
Hey Gents, Here's one for a guru to figure out. I had a customer order an AR upper, standard M4 with 14.5 barrel. The upper came in and the customer showed up with his classIII lower, he has a tax stamp and everything is legal. I installed the upper and we stepped out side to test fire. Well, it...
What is a routine inspection for an FFL home business? Today, Aug 4Th, in the Orleans County Record, Vermont, there is an article about the ATF taking the firearms and having them sealed from the public and the media until the inventory was complete. The ATF stated that the owner Phil Ciotti...
I found strange and a little deceiving knowing that the ATF knows who is current or not. I had a Vermont State Police detective stop by with a list, which he wouldn't let us see, and stated that the ATF had asked the VSP to travel through the county and verify the FFL numbers on the license and...
Have a P38 that likes to lock the slide back after each shot but with a little push on the end of the barrel it will go back into battery Note: it's unloaded when I do this. I've field stripped and reassembled it and nothing really jumped out at me as to why it keeps malfunctioning. I have no...
Hey Gents, Wondering any of you have been running into the same problem with the Taurus 1911. I've had a rash of broken extractors coming in. Their extractor is unique to the Taurus and I've had to machine the standard series 80 extractor to work properly. Reason is because the cutomer didn't...
I have gremlins hiding in the gas system and can't get them out. I duracoated a much in need of TLC L1A1. I didn't remove the front sight/gas block and opted to tape the inside to protect the gas port, barrel was plugged, etc etc, I have a few under my belt for dura and gunkote. After assembly I...
I just had a customer bring in an 1873 Winchester for cleaning and repair. I've never worked on the toggle system before and from what I can see it must be worn a little because the bolt doesn't lock up tight. Is there anything I should be aware of before I tackle this project. It is original...
I got a Win 1400 16 gage in a few days ago with a broken extractor. I've checked Jack First and e-gunparts but all they had was 12 & 20 gage extractors. Anyone know if the 20 gage will or could be made to fit, does any one have one they want to sell?:banghead:
