Clean inside the barrel all the way,disassemble the bcg completely (bolt carrier group) apply gun oil and assemble again.spray a thin coat of gun oil all over and put it on a plastic bag and then on a carton box.

Anybody can help me on how to use duracoat? I dropped my brand new HK on the floor...got it scratched hard. Tried perma blue, no way... So I need to use duracoat...

Scratched my HK USP really hard , polished it with a dremer tool "rubber point", Would Perma Blue work on it? Tried aluminum black , but of course it didn't work ,hk slide is made of steel... tks

it was the BCG FROM SDI, I PUT A DPMS BCG FROM MY 204 RUGER AND IT'S CYCLING NORMALLY...

could it just be lack of lube on the carrier group maybe because of the time it's been stocked on a shelve after shipped from factory? tks.

A friend of mine told me that it could be a carrier key lubrication issue, since it could be stored in a shelve for years and might gotten stucked... I checked the bolt and it was not smooth at all...I only be able to shoot my gun on monday...but a lubed the carrier. I believe SABRE DEFENSE...

the action does move , it's just not able to push the round totally into the chamber. Carrier key very tight. i havent tried to blow through the tube yet. i used magpul magazines and fiochi 55 grains on it (fires all the time on my colt)never had a problem...

FTSESQ , tks for the input. the upper is brand new, it will fire the first round and eject the case, it doesn't load the next round and when it does the round is not well fited on the chamber...the fire pin hits the ammo very easy and doesn't fire it...because it's not fitted until the end...

I bought a sabre defense upper (223) and installed it on a colt carbine lower ,it´s not cycling with any kind of ammo (fiocchi tested)... What could it be , the buffer and buffer spring are colt . When i put back the colt upper on it ,it's just fine... Tks.
