I just use Kroil for carbon and Sweets 7.62 or Tetra for copper. Works well

The only thing I would use those loads for is home defense on a farm or if I had some land. They will plow though drywall. The lighter 55gr 223 rounds tend to fragment due to their high speed and low weight.
