I shot some 125 gr Missouri bullets in my Beretta PX4 today. I used 4.2 grains of W231. Accurate, but some leading. I probably need to back off to 4.0.
Thoughts?
I suggest you get the Lee Factory Crimp Die for .380. Also, a cartridge gauge is real handy. I use a Wilson gauge. I check every cartridge for size and proper headspace. It only takes a couple of seconds, and might save you some headaches.
I went to the range yesterday and shot my first reloads ever (.38 spl). All rounds fired nicely. Didn't seem any different from factory ammo. I'm pleased. This looks like a great hobby for me, and will make range visits a little cheaper.
BTW, since I can't get any primers, I very gently...
