Read my post again. You have to have " reasonable cause". Checking a drivers license for residency and age is reasonable. A backround check is beyond the resources of most sellers.

The aggregate for SS Bar 1 is 40 rounds (20 slow fire & 20 timed fire) with 2 aggregates to complete the stage. If any one target is below the minimums (62 for slow fire/40 for timed fire) the entire aggregate needs to be re-shot. Hope that helps.
