    Bar and Chain oil

You still need bar oil for an electric saw.

    Bar and Chain oil

Yes, they are (I ran a chainsaw for a living for over 20 years, FWIW). All oil is to some degree or another. Will you never own another chain saw?

    28ga Slug Barrel?

I know of folks who deer hunt with .410's. A 28 gauge would be a step up. That's not to say that I'm an advocate of that, just that it does happen. No sights could mean that the intention is for it to be used with a receiver mounted optic.

    Gravity Chambering

I've not heard this term. What is "the Canadian rule"?

Do you guys mount your own scopes?

I mount them myself. You could have a gunsmith or someone else do it for you but you have to be present when they do so that they can get the correct eye relief.

Carry Options... Is your gun "shootable" under stress?

I see. No offense intended. Just wondered if there was any hard data on that. Sales figures or something of that nature. In fairness to the full size semi auto side, there are a whole lot more semi autos than revolvers out there in police hands these days, so it follows that there would be more...

Carry Options... Is your gun "shootable" under stress?

Seems to be more of a training issue than a hardware issue. I hadn't heard that revolvers are becoming more popular. Just out of curiosity, how do you know?

    Eye relief with scopes

Here is a list of links for the "tooling" needed to properly mount your scope. https://www.homedepot.com/p/Empire-5-5-8-in-Line-Levels-Set-2-Pack-83038/100169030 https://www.homedepot.com/p/Quikrete-60-lb-Tube-Sand-115960/100318522 Total cost is $10.62 + tax.

    Eye relief with scopes

You can buy everything you need at Home Depot for less than $20.

    Eye relief with scopes

That'd be like asking the salesman at Scheels to try on pants before you bought them. It's not really helpful, even if it's free and there's certainly no reason to assume that he knew what he was doing. If he did, he'd have told you that the eye relief needed to be set for you, not for him...

    Carry Concealment

I'm a big Duluth fan. It's all I wear for pants and shorts. Have you timed your draw with the longer t shirt? Generally, I find that a longer shirt has more of a tendency to get in the way and slow down the draw.

Carry Options... Is your gun "shootable" under stress?

In fairness, the vast majority of gun owners and cops could not do that with any size pistol, let alone a "mouse" gun.

do you stop shooting before taking air travel?

I've been to the range in the morning, packed the guns and web gear in a check bag and flown home that afternoon, still wearing the same clothes I had on at the range. It isn't an issue.

Small Game Hunting With Centerfire Cartridges

Just a word of caution on this. Heavier, center fire bullets are potentially going to be more dangerous when shot up in the air like you might be doing for squirrels. How much of an issue that might be is going to depend on where you're hunting. Something to keep in mind.

    Hold over or under?

When you say "what distance is set", are you referring to the distance at which that weapon is zeroed? Unless you have multiples of the same gun, in the same caliber, with the same barrel length, with the same optic, it wouldn't matter how much work you put in, you wouldn't be able to make them...

    Waiting Time for Suppressor Approval?

I meant as a percentage of total firearm transfers. If, why does it take so much longer than it does for a "regular" firearm? It seems as if there must be other issues going on than the FBI BC.

    Waiting Time for Suppressor Approval?

How often does a transfer without a proceed actually occur?

Source for barrels w/ rifle sights?

What makes you feel that way?

Source for barrels w/ rifle sights?

Sadly, that is the case with quite a variety of things from clothes to guns. Chinese stuff is significantly cheaper. I choose to support Americans, when I can.

Opinions on the perfect nightstand handgun.

I think people talk about hardware (guns and gear) far too much and should focus more on software (training, knowledge and competency). Most gun owners would do well to sell most of their guns and go pay for a bunch of ammo and some good training.
