The muzzle energy difference between 115 +P+ and 127 +P+ is so slight its absolutely irrelevant. You'll almost get more variance shot to shot from the same gun!
The Ranger 127 +P+ expands more.

If you want to compare 9mm to .45 at least choose common power levels. +P to +P or not to not.
9mm is great but it drives me crazy when people basically say it's just as powerful as a .45. It just ain't.

The whole reason that .45 GAP exists is so you can have .45 power in a 9mm/.40 size gun. Best example: compare the size of a G36 to a G39. Size matters for concealed carry.
