My personal nightstand gun is a S&W 620. That's an L frame, 7 shot half-lugged SS 4" .357 with Speer Gold Dot .38+P for snubbies. But that's just me. My suggestion would be that she talk to a good female instructor. She should also take her time and do mucho comparison shopping... Jeff

I've introduced a few women to shooting with a Single Six. It's looks are unintimidating, it's fun to shoot, and the single action encourages them to take their time with every shot. After shooting .22LR for a while we step up to the .22WMR. So far, a good time has been had by all! Jeff

The saddlebags on my Suzuki V-Strom are actually Pelican 1550 cases. Absolutely waterproof, and when my bike was knocked over in a parking lot, I discovered that they're strong enough to support most of its weight. Great product. The rig I have is made by Caribou.

I've had nothing but unhappiness with Xpert. For me, the stuff was absolutely filthy. I still have half a brick; I don't know anyone that I dislike enough to give it to. Jeff
