    Need a custom adaptor

You should be able to find a local machine shop capable of fabricating your thread adapter. On the plus side if you find a good shop you have a source for barrel threading which always comes in handy.

Guns You Will Never Fire Again

Galesia .25 ACP automatic. Shot it once and it sliced open the back of my hand and jammed on the flesh is pulled into the safety notch on the side. Bled like a stuck pig. Sold it very soon there after.

    Magsafe ammo velocities, Wow.

Designed to transfer as much force as possible upon entering target. Maximum velocity, low weight = fragmentation to prevent over penetration. What is the ammunition carried by the Air Marshals for use on planes?

    Interesting Glock Torture Test...

I have both models but I like the 1911 & the 1911A1 style pistols much better. A classic design that will last another generation or so.

Which Night Sights for my Glock 26 Gen 4?

Trijicon just from a customer service standpoint. I damaged the front night sight on my Glock 26 and they replaced it no questions asked. Really nice sights also. Not as cheap as Meprolight sights but a quality sight.

SEM images - cross section of MIM and bar stock 1911 thumb safeties.

How were the parts cut apart? The cut is so clean it almost looks like an EDM process. Really cool analysis of the MIM parts versus the forged parts.

    Walther PPK carry condition?

First round chambered and loaded safety off. Long pull for the first shot, next ones not so much.

    Ruger MKIII 22/45 Problems/Help

The Ruger MKII and Ruger 10/22 are the only Ruger firearms I own. The MKII was a little bit of a pain until I learned how to reassembly the mainspring into the pistol grip. Very nice firearms. Now the P series pistols that is another story.

    1911 Leaf Spring

I have a 60+ year old 1911A1 that works fine. Most of the 1911A1's parts will outlast the current owner and maybe even the next.

    Why is the PPK unpopular?

I really like my Interarms PPK/s in .380 ACP. Classic pistol.
