I second that comment about the flechette rounds being illegal in Florida. Check the laws closely it can be surprising what is specifically outlawed. The ATF has some publications on their webpage.

I have a CZ 712 with a 26" barrel and I would like to find a 18-20" aftermarket barrel. Does anyone know where I can get a another barrel? Does a Remington or Mossberg barrel fit? The 1100 or 11-87 looks like it might be very similar.
Mike, there has been a price drop on the LC9's. You can get them for less than 350 now. Bud's has not adjusted there price yet as of a few days ago. I bought mine at Kentucky Gun 350 out the door including shipping and credit card charge.
I love the gun, great for carry because of the thin...
LC9 Fits the Bill

I also have a Bersa and I really...
300 AAC Quick Change

Ok, so just the barrel and my existing mags work, great. That is a little better than the 6.8 change over. I ended up with a whole new AR after buying the 6.8 upper I couldn't resist getting another lower etc.
A quick change barrel setup is looking...

For what are most gunners using this round? What game or home defence?
For the record we are referring only to AR15 compatible cartridges in this thread. Otherwise we really don't want to waste our time with the 300 AAC. Alexander Arms has a .50 Caliber that will blow the arm off someone, that has been done as well as the grendel.
300 AAC Why?
Is there any new technology in this cartridge? If not it has already been done and I cannot see a reason for this cartridge. The ballistics are not there for other than Close Quarters and we have numerous CQ rounds already. Maybe we should get behind the 6.8 spc and force the ammo...
