When I tried decapping before tumbling I found that media became stuck in the primer hole of some of the casings. Since then I have always decapped after tumbling.

Thanks for all the comments. I sent the pic to the X-Treme folks and they stated they did make a 38 125 g bullet with cannalure and the picture was a good representation of their product. I think I will be ordering a few.
The Extreme looks close but their website doesn't show a 125 grain FP with a cannalure. I may drop them an email and ask them if they actually have a cannalure and the picture is not an exact representation.
