Just last weekend I gave away about 200 rounds between my ar and my remmington 700 in 30-06.
But on the bright side I have sucsessfully hooked two more people into gun ownership and enjoying our shooting sports. So at the end of the day it was well worth it
i remember hearing an account of a world war two G.I. who cleaned his rifle everyday he was deployed just to take it home and stick it in a big box of salt. but this could just be a t.v. thing. maybee the old man didnt want to keep it.
although i have wondered about burying a gun or two...
I voted for pick up a cheap pump. A mossberg 500 would make a nice one. But in the rifle category, I believe that that the marlins are great guns. A 30-30 will do a lot and they are really rugged.
You don't want to use a .22 shot shell half these people are right using a .22 inside is dangerous. The fact that the #12 pellets might bounce and hit some innocent by-standard in the eye permently harming them. And besides that doesn't pack enough power to kill a mouse.
What you want to do is...
I did not own a safe due to the fact that I lived in a travel trailer. But with the new house ready it is high on my list of things to buy although I am only looking at getting a stack on for my smaill collection
I have to say I agree scooping out blood jello isn't fun. And I have shot deer with .223 and don't think it to small but they make soft point and even hollow points just save the fragmenting bullets for the zombies.

I shot it on sat. And it turns out that even though the trigger feels heavy when dry firing, it is a tack driving rifle. I used it to hit soda can and clay pigieons at 125 yards every shot. I didn't miss a single shot although that e and 400 yard shots did give me some trouble. But it was windy...
yeah i can
I will get picks when I pull it apart to clean it after I go shooting tomarrow. I don't have a photo bucket account or any place to host them but I will figure it out by then.
I used to think it was cool when my wife liked guns. And then she started claiming mine. Now I have to ask to shoot my ak. And she has to approve any accesories for her mini-14.(that I always wanted) now it just ain't no fun to buy a new gun.
Alright I am joking I do still love...
No it only has two adjustments that I can find. The trigger pulls is not un bearable and is crisp. But the over pull scew is not there. I found the other two filled with sealent. But no overpull.
I actually have about 30 bowling pins at home in texas I bought for a couple dollars each.
I haven't got a place to shoot them. Most ranges at home find it unsafe to shoot anything but paper.

I am a resident in texas, and my ccw is pending (they wanted better photos of me) but I think it is not legal to carry in a church. I will check again if I get a chance but I am pretty sure places or worship are a no no.
A small side note if I am wrong then I suggest that you carry. With a...
I was wanting to try bigger ballons filled with flour. I was thinking if you inflate a balloon and quickly slide it over a open bottle filled with flour that the pressure should equalize and the flour fall into the balloon
How does one fair when shooting ritz crackers with .223s I guess I sort of rolling ritz cracker?
Maybee have a friend roll one and shoot it on the move?
Another thread on here got me thinking what are some of yalls favorite non target targets.
For example balloons or quarters and watermelons. But what else do u like to shoot holes in?
