he said that the auto-index would sometimes not index and he would pump the handle to unjam it, which would cause the case to tap the powder feed causing it to charge.

ya it was a lone wolf barrel in .40

the powder used was win231. when i load i use 700x so if i was to accidentally doublecharge, it would overflow out of the case because it's flake powder. 231 is more like sand.

yup. they were made on a hornady progressive press.
