I can't remember the last 3" 13 I saw for sale probably the one I bought. That gun and my 3" 65 ladysmith will never be sold just great carry guns. Although there on house duty now as my 315 Night Guard has took over for out of the house duty.
Well, As mentioned above only made for 1 year with the cosmetic flaws, incorrect grips I paid $600.00 OTD I think most of you are undervaluing it. I would bet you can't find any dash 1's for sale. I absolutely understand condition dictates price but in this case I think I could easily get 1K on...
Wondering what you S&W experts would value this 6" 27-1 4 screw at? I know the grips are not original and it has significant muzzle wear and what appears to be a blood stain on the left hand side under the cylinder window. Gun has only been lightly cleaned it was filth when I got it needs a...
I have had a R8 and TRR8 and a V-comp. I always liked the looks of the TRR8 better but after shooting them I just like the R8 much better and have since sold the TRR8. I can't explain it it just happened that way. I didn't really want the R8 but had some extra cash and it came up so I snagged it...
I think they were to expensive at the time of production, I know those sights they used added quite a bit to the bottom line not sure if just fixed sights would have made a big enough difference in the price to keep them in production but probably not.
Ya the 315 is a K frame vs the L frame of the 386 making the 315 very easy to carry the 327 seems to kind of defeat its purpose being a N frame and the big 8 shot cylinder I could carry it as I am a big guy. The price was good so I went for it and am glad to have it probably just be a safe queen...
Found a factory fired only 327 8 shot NG on my local forum has the box, docs all the paperwork, cable lock just like it left the factory. I know lots of people didn't care for the NG line but I love them got two 315 NG's as well. I don't understand why they didn't come cut for moon clips from...
I have two of the 315's and love them sold my 327 just a bit to big but liked the 8 shot capacity.
I think they were just to expensive for most people.
Why wait ? give it to her now so she can still thank you while your here. You could still hold it for her if need be. I agree about the best 4" handgun made I picked up a 5 screw from a couple and it was her Fathers gun. I assured her it was in good hands.
There is the 329 Night Guard has a steel cylinder and barrel. Been out of production and hard to find as there sought after guns and those that have them generally keep them.
And yes it has the lock as well.
Obviously been refinished, sights, hammer, and trigger are all the same finish. Strictly a shooter at this point I guess if you need a gun for your truck or tackle box it would do. But without a through checkout I wouldn't walk but RUN the opposite direction.
Picked this up last week Sentinel 9 shot .22lr Cant find any Smith .22's locally but found a few high standards lately. Bought a .22 derringer last month and another sentinel earlier in the year 6" with box. This one came with a nice Viking basket weave holster to bad I am left handed.
