The AA have harder shot and better wads which should mean a better pattern. If you do not reload you could sell the AA empties to offset the cost. There is always a good market for them. I shoot the AA and Rem STS loads for doves but keep the empties for loading...Russ

johnylawn, the 300 whisper is a 221 fireball necked up to 30 cal. Your sa remington would need a different bolt with a small bolt face, the feed lips in your action is too wide to feed the smaller case and the bolt would need to be one made for the fireball as the eject plunger is rotated to...
