Riomouse, I have that same model pistol and love it. I paid full MSRP ($850) but consider it worth every penny. I shoot it consistently more accurately than my Kimber LW stainless 9mm with a 5 inch barrel. The Ronin is one of the last pistols I would sell.
For everyday carry/ self-defense, how comfortable would you be with a 5-shot revolver against multiple armed assailants? I'm thinking here of 2-3 thugs with knives or handguns instead of just 1 thug.
Here's another option: current production (Miroku) Winchester 1873 carbine in .45 Colt. I like mine. $922 with free shipping.

The lawmakers knew state law preempts local ordinances. The local law should never have been passed.Waste of taxpayer resources and time for their political agenda.
I have bought, sold and traded a few dozen guns over the years. The most money I've spent on a handgun was $800 for a S&W 629-1 with a 6" barrel and 100 rounds of JHP ammo thrown in. I really like that gun and still have it. Otherwise, $400-700 for most of the others. I'd love to have a genuine...
Yes. Good to go. My ROSSI '92 rifle in .357 likes Donny's 130 grain round nose plat points for feeding and accuracy. Also ordered .44 SWC bullets a different time.
I have a 20" Rossi (Braztech/ Taurus). It's a real fun range gun but it's finicky with .38s due to overall cartridge length. It handles .357 much better. I also have a Winchester 94 in .30-30. However, for deer hunting I prefer a scoped bolt action .308 or 7mm over the iron sights on a...
I have more guns that I need; I even have several rifles I could deer hunt with. I would shoot my rifles more frequently but I don't have close 100 yard ranges to shoot at.
However, my interest in handguns, particularly S&W double action revolvers and Ruger single action revolvers has...
I have a Rossi 92 in .357 Magnum. It is stainless with the 20" barrel. I ordered the Steve's Gunz video with his parts kit and I slicked it up per his video instructions. I like it a lot. It's a fun gun. However, it is still finicky regarding cartridge length for feeding, especially with .38...
