i was wondering if u can use 38 spl bullets to cure leading, if an 9mm barrel that is over spec? i mean if the .355-.356 bullet is to small a .357-.358 might just work to stop leading. Would it change the way the gun shoots and handles? thanks u any insight

Yea i went and bought a puller, and pulled about 100 in 30 min with the hammer puller, it wasn't half as bad as i thought it would be. im gonna go through the rounds i have left and only save the longer ones with a OAL of 1.135''. I'm one of those stubern guys that like to learn the hard way...

the scale i have only goes in full grains, . started at the .37 slot, scale reads 3gr. Went to .40 disk, still read 3gr, then .43, still 3gr, then i tryed .46 and it went to 4gr.So i figured it was just over 4gr. But, since this scale only goes in full grains, i dont trust it. im gonna go see...

They will probably shoot fine. I have personally experimented with 5 grains of 231 in 9mm for a plus-P load. u have shot 5 grains of w231-hp-38 with 125 lead?

yea, i got oal 1.125''-1.135'' i just went on a spree last light and did like 200 of these bullets..lol i really didnt want to have to pull them, but i dont wanna mess up my gun or myself eather. i just ordered a new scale. mabe i'll take a couple up to my local reloading store and see if theye...

i agree.lol i just started reloading, and just ordered a scale that said it read grains, not 1/10 grain. i didnt know. the info i read said 3.9grain - 4.4grain under 125 lead. if its 4.9 in there, do i need to pull these bullets? thanks u 4 ur time

so there right on? my .43 was showing 3 grains so i went with .46,and it went to 4grains. my scale only does full grains. looks like i need to pull 100 bullets.says 4.5 grain is max.lol damn me
