Its at an antique shop Three weeks ago I handled it and trigger pull was decent, I went back and now its hair trigger I'm wondering what can be done or undone? Anybody work on these ?

Triggers seem to be pretty cheap, is this simplest route?

I'm interested in knowing if there are any tips or tricks to doing this yourself? Id say the one I'd like to make heavier has about a half a pound pull on it. Definitely not fun or safe.

I have opportunity to pick up a 1st generation Peacemaker in great shape but its trigger pull is about half a pound. Is there a quick and simple way to fix it? It seems to have a brand new replacement trigger.
