    Liberally spray everything down inside and out with Hornady 1-Shot (BLACK CAN) Cleaner-Lube Work the action a dozen times. Respray inside and out and let excess gook drip out the bottom. Let dry (coupla minutes). Done

    Yes, excess will blow out. But in the process the rifle has self-lubricated everything req'd without any further action on the part of the shooter. It is now also shooting "wet" ... making cleanup incredibly simple.
