I took my brand new Glock 19 to the range yesterday and put about 200 rounds through it. I have to admit, it was a great experience. My first Glock and I was pretty impressed.
Anyways, when I got home to clean it I noticed in the manual that it said I am supposed to clean it prior to the...
I am having a similar problem. I mailed mine off in October and still haven't gotten it. Does anyone have the number that I need to call to find out what is going on?
Thanks,

Crashresidue,
Don't get so worked up towards someone that never harbored any ill will towards you. You're associating a twenty three year old with the same people who were anti-vietnam when you were serving your country, when he obviously wasn't even around to participate in their protesting...
What's the deal with gun shows these days? Seems to me that people used to go to gun shows to save money. I went to a gun show in Reno, NV the other day and was blow away at the prices I was seeing. I guess it's been a while since I have been to one cause I wasn't prepared for the sticker shock...
Actually, I picked up a fairly nice Yugo($175) at one of my local gunshops. I had a really hard time convincing any of the FFL's in my area that I could have a Russian SKS shipped into California.
My pick up date isn't until tomorrow. I will post pics as soon as I get it and a range report as...
I live in the Central Valley of California and cannot find a club around here that I can join that will qualify me for a Garand from CMP. Does anyone else have any suggestions as to what I can do?
The only club that I have been able to find has a 2 to 4 year wait just to become a member...
My wife and I may be moving to Arizona. If we do then i will be able to get whatever I want. Also I will, from what I hear, be able to get a CCW very easily. Ahhh, I can't wait.
AR's and FAL's and AK's oh my.
Bidding on this SKS on another website. Tell me what you think about it please.
The description is as follows:Russian SKS 1954 Tula, mint condition, black bolt, silver bayonet, all numbers match, magazine electro penciled.
There is an Armscorp M1A over on ar15.com that I am bidding on but I am not sure if they are California legal. It is a good price and I really want it but I am not sure if I can. Can someone please let me know.
Thank you,
ShouShu
I have heard of people referring to bolt action rifles as sporter rifles here on THR and I am just curious what type of rifle qualifies as a sporter and what exactly that means?
Sorry for the dumb question. Thanks for any responses.
ShouShu
