AR - Build or Buy? Options...

The only problem with a 14.5" barrel is the Federal tax stamp and paperwork. Anything under 16" is by Fed definition an SBR, regulated just like AOW, silencers, destructive devices, etc. Not saying you can't or should not do it, but I live in Washington State and would not be allowed to fire...

    Suppressed .22 Rifle and Pistol

All I can say is I really like the integral suppresors that I have seen from Gem-Tech. I like their lifespan, I like their balance, I like the fact they understand Ruger well, and I like their customer support. I saw a Ruger M2 with a Gem-Tech integral today, claim was it could take a WHOLE...

    What's In YOUR Drawers!?

I'm a Western hunter by upbringing, where rifles rule the roost for big game. So when I got to Virginia, it was a real eye opener. I fell in love with #1 as the ultimate compromise on pellet count, weight, and delivery WAY over 00. Both overpenetrate good-sized deer. But out to 70 yards...

    Greek .30-06

I've shot about half of 1000 rounds I bought a year ago, and I had maybe two rounds with slight dents in the shoulder. Not one problem. I found the Greek stuff very clean burning and consistent. I shoot '06 for hunting and fun, and this is the stuff I reach for to ring gongs at the range or work...
