whats the hardest round you've loaded?

The hardest round I reload is 223/.556 because there are so many steps involved. You have to lube the shells or they get stuck in the die unlike straight walled cartridges. You have to trim the brass. You also have to remove many of the military crimp primer pockets or the primer will get ruined...

    Single Action Tuesday

I don’t like going to public ranges, it’s much more fun out in the open desert. You know the public range routine! /////////////////////////////////////////////////////// Stay behind the red line. Don’t go near the shooting table, open all your actions. You have 5 minutes to change your targets...

Well... looks like the gold nugget had a lot of Pyrite in it...

I’m sorry to hear what happened with buying a gun on-line.I bought a broken H&R 22 pistol on-line years ago.Spent a lot of time and money trying to fix it. Sorry to hear you got pyrite this time.

So I went out with a 5 new guns and which one do you think didn't work?

Winchester 22 magnum in the silver/red box refused to work in my Ruger single six.The bottom rim at the base of the bullet was to big and binded up the cylinder not letting it turn.

Henry Single Shot Rifle and Shotgun recall notice

I recently picked up the Henry single shot .223/.556 and it's super accurate.Simple and very fun to shoot.I would think if you pulled the hammer back half way and let it snap forward hitting the firing pin it might fire. Not sure if I'm sending it back yet. One of the first rules of firearm...

Lever Guns,Overlooked By Many But Still Fun.Got One?

This is my Henry in .357 magnum. It might only hold 10 rounds but they are still lot's of fun to shoot.Maybe it's partly a nostalgic feeling about them. Old school guns can be just as fun sometimes without a 30 round magazine.I like guns of all kinds.
