Good Morning Gents,
I have been gone from the group for a long time. Back in search of help as I have been given what at this point is starting to feel like an impossible task! I am looking for a 20ga., 28ga. or .410 semiautomatic. In a youth length with an optics rail. Taking any info I can...
I am looking for a old 58 caliber muzzleloader to replace the bits and pieces of a rifle I have left. I am looking for a Numrich Arms Hopkins and Allen 58 Caliber under hammer. I had one that was my grandpas and I lent it out and the guy I lent it to must have over charged the H**L out of it! I...
scaatylobo,
Its a .38 Spec. that I am 100% on. I am really thinking of having it restored to like new, and don't worry I don't believe in safe queens. But the way it is she has some age on her and the scars to show it. I dont know yet though still looking at prices.
Alnamvet68,
I Carbonia Blue was a dead process?? Because there is no known copy of the formula in existence.
NeveraVictimAgain,
I thought that was neat that it was built then too. Because my dad was born in 1954. From what I am reading I got a great deal. Now that my dad is passed on, it...
just for fun,
It just so happens I know who Dick Tracy is. In fact that was my first thought when I seen it. Ya I am really liking this little guy.
Jim Watson,
I have also thought about that and maybe getting some screws for it too as the ones on it have been tore up.
Thanks for the help guys! Oh and if anyone was wondering I took it out and shot it yesterday and boy was I shocked at how well it shoots. Shot 10 rounds into the center of a paper plate at 10 yards in double action.
I need help identifying a Smith & Wesson .38 Special Snub Nose I just picked up for $100. She is a little rough on the outside but mechanicals feel like new. Lock up and timing are great, bore and chambers are clean with the exception of a small area of fine pitting at the muzzle end about 3/8...
My 1858 Remington
I would like into the club please. I have a 1858 Remington Copy made by Armi San Paolo for CVA in 1976. For anyone who may not know Armi San Paolo does not exist anymore they are now Armi San Marco. Sorry the photos are not the best.
Shooting the ROA after dark with Real Black Powder
Took a picture the other night of my shooting my old army in the dark with real black powder. Thought you guys might want to see.
Does anyone currently make a side by side 10 Gauge shotgun? I would really like one with external hammers but I'm not that picky on this one.
Thanks in Advance!!
DON
Nope mike I don't have an AR Always wanted but never had the cash. Started saving for one a few times but then stuff would happen and I would need the money.
Thanks for all the great info guys! I really did not realize how many carbines there are. I am leaning towards a Hi Point 9mm or a Suomi. Why because of price point and I am one of them guys who likes the less mainstream and odd ball guns. :) Now I know they are heavy guns but that really don't...
I am looking for a reasonably priced pistol caliber carbine, preferably in 9mm for the inexpensiveness of the ammo. But I am not opposed to other calibers. My main use for it would be for home defense and as a trail gun. But I know I will most likely shoot the crap out of it as well. Other then...
wanderinwalker,
I know how you feel I have a hard time choosing myself. I have a few selections but tend to stick with my old faithfuls. A Ruger Redhawk .44Magnum and a Russian HiCap Makarov .380ACP. What it all boils down to (for me anyways) is what am I doing and how and I am feeling that...
Look What I found!
Wish I owned this puppy. Its a old army that has been converted to a .50 Cal.! Here is the link to the write up on it. http://www.gunblast.com/Cumpston_ClementsFugett.htm
