Tennessee ranks 15 at TaxFoundation.org. Thats still good. Their Sales and Gross Receipts tax is fairly high though. But if property tax is low then thats very good.

LOL... It looks like the states with the best gun rights and low taxes (isn't it interesting the good gun rights seem to go hand in hand with low/resonable taxes... excluding Vermont... hah) are: Alaska (excluding cost of living) Arizona Colorado (well, sort of on the gun rights part)...

BTW, they radio people mentioned that Main was number 1, being the worst to live in for the ammount of taxes one had to pay. They said that the Dakodas and Colorado were fairly good for having low taxes???

I heard a report on the radio last week that indicated state by state what the tax laws were. They also mentioned according to some web site that there was a ranking of states from #1 being the worst and #50 being the best, on their livability with tax laws. I've done numerous Google...
