Soak it with Kroil if you can, then run a super tight patch on a jag in from the muzzle. It'll probably catch on the case mouth, but if the case head is already gone, the case might be stuck pretty bad. Good luck

I have used lots of Oxpho blue, but I've never used the Kleen bore stuff. I have tried something from Birchwood Casey that looks similar, I'm fairly happy with Oxpho, not so much with the others. The trick to Oxpho is to pour what you think you will need into a small glass and let it "breathe"...
