Thank you all for the replies. One question tho, what's the difference between reman & new besides a few bucks? Is it worth it to buy new even if its just for piece of mind?
Fyi, most if not all this ammo will be shot at paper targets at the range with a Ruger SR9 with 1100 rounds thru it so...
Someone sent me a link on a good place to buy good ammo at a very reasonable cost, Freedom Munitions. I've never come across them being talked about on here as my researching is still ongoing. Basically I'm wondering if anyone has experience with them & how there ammo really is? :confused...
Ok then, I'm gonna pull the plug on buying 1 of these 2, so for an indoor range of 35yds max, which is best:
Spend $30 bucks on a decent scope like this one:

...Which essentially has...
So can i remove the stock site past zeroing it out? (if possible)?
*Edit: I googled "cowitness" which is, (correct me if I'm wrong), using ur iron sights front & rear with the red dot in the middle & all are lined up. Then it would be ok to remove my front iron sight...? Remember I'm getting...
The TRS-25 Trophy is a 3MOA. One more question before I pull the trigger on this purchase, how easy/hard is it to zero in the red dot? Since ive never done it before, my research says u adjust the windage & elevation knobs till the dots at the top of the iron sight. (yes/no?) And if so, can u...
Since I have a forward grip & a bipod on order, would it be best to try the cheaper 4x32 scope out before stepping up my game?
Sorry, never thought to mention those 2 nifty accessories I have.
Does it have any magnification? (im learning here) I saw one that was 5 MOA & a review I read said if u wanted more magnification go to a 4 or 3 MOA, but I wasn't completely sure on what he said. Guess ill also go google that.
Oh boy, just a few bucks more & look what I found:

So if I spent a few extra bucks for a Bushnell & bought this exact puppy, how...
As for iron sights, I saw these & played with em once:

Can never go wrong with a set of flip up iron sights & ill research to find a pair that fit my 4595 Carbine, (incase these wont work),
(Say, how do you quote people on this forum?)
Inebriated; so basically for a 35yd range, a 4x32 scope will put me "face to face" with the bulls eye? If so then I can just find one meant for indoor range lighting & go from there...
Amazon is VERY good to me with returns since I'm a long...
Ok i understand & agree, so where should i have my (low end), budget around? Remember i dont need all the bells whistles. How bout a scope for a 35yd indoor range that puts the target in front of me...
Guys keep in mind that this will be shot 95% of the time in this indoor 35yd range, so expensive optics aren't exactly needed at this point time.
As Tiamat said, "For a 35 yard plinking PCC, I think either of the aforementioned red dots would be fine. My choice would be the UTG, if only...
Anyone have an opinion on this model:

There's even a guy in the reviews that posted pics of what it looks like looking thru it.
Or how about this guy...
This is probably the first thread where my research gave me too much info, so I figured id tell u guys what I have & what I'm using it for to cut down on my choices for optics or a scope. I'm also a newbie to this topic.
I have a Hi-Point 45ACP 4595 Carbine with a forward grip, muzzle...
I actually got the Ruger for free, (sort of)! First I was after the cheaper 9e, BUT, I got the SR9 brand new with 2 extra 17 round mags by means of a straight swap for some old gold I had. They also have a range & if u buy a new gun there, they offer u a deal on a membership, $85 for a year & u...
Went to a local gun show & picked up a 4595TS Hi-Point carbine 45 cal for under $3 bills! Figured I have a 9mm so the 45ACP will have that added kick. I've also done tons of research on them when they 1st came out so I know its a good buy for the price. Yes its handgun ammo, but the extra barrel...
I don't make my own ammo so im good to go. As for the range, id say the same, either they let me use aluminum & I can offer to collect it saving them the time & prob make a buck by turning it in, or give another range my business.
So 20 boxes equals out to $199 & change for 1000 rounds. Is there any difference or added difficulties to the gun from shooting the Aluminum cased shells?
