I made a new rod just a little longer for mine (out of a broken decapping pin, not sure which brand). Works great.

You may want to check out the new Streamlight TLR-1 or TLR-2. The spring loaded lock can be tightened (by hand or with a coin) to be very secure! I just got one and am impressed so far.

In my G20 with Longshot I start to see Glock smiles about .7~.9 grain under max with the stock barrel, but the brass looks great from my KKM. I also get Glock smiles with Doubletap 135, 155, and 165 grain ammo in the stock barrel, but not the KKM. The smiles are not horrible, but bad enough...

That is better than not bad:what: In fact that is a little better than I was able to get with a stock Glock barrel in a 10mm G20 (4.6 inch) before getting Glock smiles on my brass! I have a fully supported aftermarket barrel ordered for that, and will have to see what I can do when it gets...

It is out of a custom 6 inch slide Glock, with a KKM barrel. It is actually .2 grain UNDER max. I worked up slowly, and that is as far as I felt comfortable going. Just as a safety warning DO NOT go anywhere near max in a stock Glock barrel. Consequently I don't have data from a stock...

In 10mm I have gotten 1735 fps with the Nosler 135 grain bullets in a 6 inch barrel using Hogdon Longshot:eek:

My 16 inch AR10 chronographs about 90 to 100 fps slower than my 20 inch AR10. I don't have a 24 inch to compare yet.

On a related note I lost an E2 while shoveling snow. I ended up driving over it with the car, and it was only scratched (it still worked) when I found it a few days later when the snow melted:)

I went to the craft store and they have all kinds of fake stems, leaves, moss, foam to hold the stems up, and even the pot. Then I just drilled small holes partway into the back of the bullets and glued in the stems. I actually had fun making this, and I am sure my Mom will get a good laugh...

My mom inadvertently gave me the idea when she was looking at some bullets my brother and I had shot into water and recovered, and said they looked like little flowers. She will think it is cute/funny, not psychotic :)

I wanted to give Mom something different this year so I (with a little help from my girlfriend) made this bouquet using expanded bullets for flowers and a few unfired for buds. For those interested in the details they are a mix of .40 and .45, Barnes DPX, Federal EFMJ, and Speer Gold Dot.

I have good safe, but my little brother just has his guns laying around :eek: . I am trying to convince him he needs proper storage, but space is an issue for him. If I remember correctly I once saw a gun safe/cabinet that went under your bed. Does anyone have a link to anything like that...
