I did, I showed him the court Docket certified and highlighted by office clerk. clearly states (NON-DV)!!! it also says that I dont need to surender weapons (AT TIME OF CONVICTION).... every person from the courthouse, friends, attorneys.... even a retired District Court Prosecutor (NEIGHBOR)...
