PM9 is NOT a fun range gun. I can agree 100% on that.

What do you call a combat load? I've shot Winchester Ranger's 147Gr +p's to Speed Gold Dot LE 124 Gr +p without any noticeable recoil. The pistol has recoil of it's own so you have to learn to control it.

I'm in trouble. My xd was $425 and my recent kahr pm9 was $500. Xd has never given me any problems with around 6k rounds through it. Pm9 stovepiped once in the first 50 rounds. It has over 300 now. It's a fulltime carry pistol not a range toy.

Out of your price range but I enjoy pocket carrying my Kahr PM9. Couple of shots to put it into perspective of how small it is.

I pocket carry my pm9 in a blackhawk in pocket holster. When I sit down it looks like my cell phone in my pocket.

Cleveland doesn't care about open carry. Lots of ofcc members have open carry walks. Cleveland heights had an issue but they can't hold you for it. Just because you have a gun in plain sight doesn't mean you are inducing panic. Hard to prove.

$100 a gallon? I doubt anybody can afford a $1200 fill up each week. It won't hurt me or my hobbies but everything will cost more. They are predicting $220 for a barrel of oil which will be around $7 a gallon.
