10 mm I don't shoot 9mm but for 10mm, I use AA # 9. You didn't tell us what size bullet that you're using. Personally, I use 180 grains of JHP, with an OAL of 2.50". Using this, I load 14 grains. I highly suggest you going to the Accurate Arms web site to look at the data.
