looks more like a "long slide" sig p220st to me...without the rail
curved trigger guard...the way the grip flows forward at the bottom (towards the business end) and into the magazine base plate...the grip shape is also reminiscent of a 220...hammer even looks the same as the 220

i agree on this...the local academy won't take the trigger locks off so i can hold the gun...i asked the guy (i was helping a friend shop for his 1st pistol) to take the lock off so we could hold it and he just kinda shrugged...i started to explain to him the fact that guns are personal...
this is impossible for me to answer because there is not an "all of the above" option
i hunt birds mostly...upland birds like quail, dove, chuckar..bird hutning trips are usually less formal and are cheaper and easier to come by (for me)...
that being said, i've probably gone through 10...

i prefer to shoot outdoors and they have a pretty nice facility there with just about any shooting sport represented
i like to shop carter's country...not the lowest prices around, but pretty good selection to browse
but fountain has a better selection...
thanks for the input fellas...one thing that seesm very inadequate about the gun is the frame/slide rails...2 tiny little metal rails...but i've never heard of any problems with the durability of these, so i'm not worried....i'm just used to my sig p220st that has full length rails machined into...
