In my opinion, if I want to lock a gun it makes more sense to have a trigger lock. that way I know it is locked. The last thing I want to do is to attempt to use a gum in an emergency only to find out that it is locked and not know it by just looking at it.
S&W revolvers are way overpriced. A...
I am issued a M&P .40 at work (security officer). I own an older Sig 229. Even though the M&P is a good gun, I wished I could carry the Sig. Sounds like a good trade to me.
I have seen Taurus revolvers with S&W grips and once saw a Norinco 1911 with colt grips on them with S&W and Colt prices. I asked the guy with the Norinco about the grips and he said those are the only ones that he had. I said "sure".
If mighty mouse decided to become a criminal and break in your home then it might be a good caliber. :P
It is like a .25 to me. It is good for deep concealment but nothing else.
This is why I no longer use S&B ammo. It caused my Colt .38 cylinder to split in half, and then had to argue with them before they paid me back. :fire:
Usually with police you will hear a two way radio in the background. However, that is a scary situation. My first reaction would be that they have the wrong house and to cooperate.
I used .38 spl ammo from S&B and it blew up my Colt Army Special. It was just 158 gr lead. The guy from S&B told me it was my guns fault. I had to argue a little to have them replace the cost of my gun and ammo.
I will never do business with them again.
Since Kahr has been making these pistols, are they worth purchasing? I do not have any experience with the brand, just see a few at gun shops. Are they as good at the Springfields and Colts?
Remington has told me in a e-mail that they did a market survey before the pistol was introduced, and therefore the pistol was a response to the survey. I do not believe that. I really don't think that anyone would tell them to make it not rated for +P. I will not buy it. :banghead:
