I made my OAL guage, using a bullet pushed into the case by the rifling, and it measured in at 3.101", but the OAL recommended in the Hodgdon manual says to use a OAL of 3.100". Is this too close to the lands? Will this cause issue being that close?

So, I have yet to actually load up any .223, but I will probably use my Pro1000 to load them when I do. My question is, what lubing is required for .223 progressive loading, and how do you guys go about it? It seems any normal method of case lubing I use would slow things down REALLY bad.

Would it be possible to neck size a case with a Lee FCD (case inserted into the top of the die to resize the entire neck) and then just run it across the expander button in the FL die? Or does the neck sizer die re-form more of the case than that would?
