I've heard of some belt manufacturers butting velcro on their belts for use with a j clip that also has velcro on it. Myself I wear a Theis Holster with Kydex belt clips on a bullhide belt. I generally wear black so that might help, but Youd really have to be paying attention to notice my belt...
