Lyman #49 says, 6.5 - 7.3 grains for W 231. That should be ok or either type bullet.
In the mean time, you might want to keep your eyes open for some UNIQUE. Many consider UNIQUE the powder of 1st choice for 45LC.
Unique & Bullseye powders are to hand loading, like salt & pepper are on the dinner table.
You can have a whole spice rack full special spices & seasonings, but salt & pepper just plain work good on everything.
Same goes for Unique & Bullseye.
The Lee scale is kind of touchy, but dang!, it sure is accurate & cheap too.
If you use a pencil or something to move the slider, it makes it a whole lot easier.
Generally, you can't go wrong vintage Ohaus made balances either.
