Thats what I was seeing in my reloading manuals it just seems and looks rather short once loaded up, like the shoulders of the bullet are gone at the crimp and it is crimping after the side walls. Just dont want to over pressure by a over crimp. Thanks

Love my 597 had bought a bull barrel one with a laminated stock from dicks first shot the heck out of it and did have some extraction issues and the 15 dollar aftermarket extractor fixed it right up and it was a tack driver out of the box the one I currently have is the camo stock regular barrel...

I have the combo 28in barrel and the slug barrel its been a great gun taken deer and dove no problem with it at all better thne the new 870s except the made in china part but not as nice as the old wingmasters Josh
