I own or have owned all three of these (one PCR and multiples of the P7M8/P7PSP and 3913). They are all very good guns. I feel that, for the money, a used 3913 (non-TSW in $300 to $400 range) is the best value of the three and could well be the best gun overall, depending on your selection...

Either ... But it depends on what the pistol will be used for. Perhaps you could tell us what you intend to do with the pistol. Will it be carried concealed and if so how often? If concealed carry is the intent then the S&W 3913 would be my choice.
