Since I don't like confrontation and going out to see what's there seems foolhardy to me I'm the one in the dark waiting with a machete. During a daylight home invasion, like the rest of you I keep a Judge filled with 6 ball buckshot just in case my worst fears ever did come true.

In 1968 at a hardware store in Herdon,VA. I purchased a Remington bolt action .22 and kept it for many years, I believe it was $40 dollars. Of course, that was ten dollars more than my first car, a 1953 Dodge Coronet.
