My CTS-204p Spyderco Military. Super easy to keep it that way with occasional touchups on a fine ceramic Sharpmaker rod too.

Spyderco Sharpmaker. Quick, easy, and worth the cost. I don't let my knives get butter knife dull and give them touchups every so often.
